- Potong 2 buah daun bawang menjadi 10 bagian (1 buah daun bawang dipotong menjadi 5 bagian)
- Ambil mangkuk kecil untuk mencampurkan 85 gram gochujang dan 2 sdm gula pasir, aduk merata
- Setelah 15 menit, keluarkan ikan teri tawar dan rumput dari air rebusan dan biarkan air rebusan dalam panci
- Lalu masukkan daun bawang yang telah dipotong, tteokbokki dan bola lobster minaku ke dalam air bekas rebusan ikan dan rumput laut. Rebus sebentar
- Masukkan campuran gochujang dan gula ke dalam panci yg berisikan tteokbokki
- Setelah itu masukkan juga telur rebus yang telah dingin. Aduk rata dan diamkan selama 10 menit atau hingga tteokbokki matang dan saus mengental
