Jajangmyeon is hands-down, the most popular Chinese-Korean dish in Korea. If you have Korean market nearby, ask the staff for 중화면 (pronounced. Jajangmyeon (자장면) or jjajangmyeon (짜장면) is a Chinese-style Korean noodle dish topped with a thick sauce made of chunjang, diced pork, and vegetables. - Drain noodles. Do not rinse. Add hot chili oil to noodles and mix immediately. Add noodles to individual bowls.
- Serve with hot bean sauce, sliced boiled eggs, chilled Korean Kimchi, crispy Korean Spring Rolls, chilled Sweet Chili Dip, additional sauces, light Soy Sauce and ice cold Asian Beer.
