- Make ready 2 slice or more Thinly sliced pork belly
- Prepare 1 Kimchi
- Prepare 1/2 block Tofu

Steps to make Pork with Kimchi & Tofu:
- Cut the pork and kimchi into bite-sized pieces. (There have also been times when I don't cut either). Since it's difficult to heat tofu, if you want to cut down on cooking time, then microwave it a bit to warm it up.
- Cook the pork. When it changes color, add the kimchi and then the tofu. While cooking, break the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix it all together so that everything is combined. Once everything is cooked through, it's done.
Kimchi For good kimchi jjigae, you need over-fermented (sour) kimchi. If your kimchi is not Variations Traditionally, kimchi stews are made with pork, but there are many different variations. Kimchi Jjigae or Kimchi Stew is actually very simple to make. This was one of my very first Korean recipe I cooked on my own. I still remember the very first time I made it all by myself.
