- Prepare 1/3 cup Water

- Prepare as needed Cooking Oil
It is made by pan-frying chicken that has been marinated in a savory gochujang sauce, along with Dakgalbi - Chuncheon style. Pan-fried chicken that has been marinating in savory gochujang sauce. Hot off the grill, this spicy Korean chicken will not disappoint. Dakgalbi is a very tasty, stir fried spicy chicken dish served with ramen noodles and rice.
Steps to make Korean Spicy Grilled Chicken (Dakgalbi):
- MARINADE; Add the blended paste with the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes or more. When ready, drain the paste and reserve it for fried rice (if you want).
- GRILL/FRY; Grease the pan/grill and cook the chicken 1-2 minutes per side, or until brown.
- SERVE; serve on a bed of Roasted seaweed.
