- KIMCHI; Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil until hot and stir fry the Kimchi until the liquid has evaporated. Then add the Dakgalbi paste Chilli paste and cook it until the oil separates.
- RICE: once the oil has separated, add in the rice and mix well. Then add the egg and mix that well. Taste the rice and if necessary, season with salt.
- SERVE; Serve on a plate topped with Roasted Seaweed.
