  3. Sedikit tips untuk zukini, untuk mendapatkan tekstur yang krenyes. Kita harus mengurangi kadar air dalam zukini. Caranya mudah, setelah potong korek zukini. Kita tambahkan sejumput garam. Remas sedikit. diamkan 10 menit. Kemudian buang sisa sisa air yang terdapat pada zukini.
  4. Sayuran lainnya. Panaskan teflon beri sedikit minyak. Tumis 1/2 sdt bawang putih hingga harum kemudian masukkan wortel. Tumis hingga harum. Tambahkan sedikit garam + 1/2 sdt minyak wijen dan sejumput garam. Masak kurang lebih 6 menit. Lakukan hal yang sama pada zukini.
  5. Kemudian kita menyiapkan jamur. Panaskan teflon, tambahkan minyak. Tumis 1/2 sdt bawang putih + bawang bombay sampai harum. Tambahkan jamur, 1 sdm kecap inggris, garam dan sedikit gula. Kemudian 1/2 sdt minyak wijen + sejumput biji wijen. Masak hingga jamur layu. Angkat dan sisihkan.
  6. Setelah semua sayuran siap. Saatnya kita menumis daging ayam. Panaskan teflon, tambahkan minyak. Kemudian kita tumis daging ayam hingga harum. Tambahkan +/- 1/2 gelas kecil air. Tambahkan sedikit kecap manis. Masak dengan api kecil perlahan hingga air asat dan menjadi karamel. (berubah menjadi ada minyaknya). Angkat dan sisihkan.
  7. Saatnya Eggtime 🥚. Bikin telur mata sapi sesuai selera. Bisa setengah matang ataupun matang total.
  8. Dan yang paling penting, gochujang.Kita campurkan semua bahan pada gochujang. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.
  9. Penyajiannya gampang banget. Tata nasi. Kemudian tambahkan telur mata sapi. terus susun sayuran dan daging dengan komposisi warna menarik diatasnya. Tambahkan gochujang. Taburkan sedikit biji wijen dan taraaaaaa. Bimbimbap siap disajikan.
