  5. Set shrimp aside leaving only the sauce in the pan. Add couscous and hot water (1:1). Mix well. Wait until couscous is cooked (6-8mins). Fluff with fork.
  6. Add shrmips back. Drizzle with sesame oil. Sprinkle dried coriander

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the chicken broth, turn up heat to medium-high and bring.
