- Add cheese squares or any other cheese if you want and mix it. Let that mixture cool down.
- Now apply oil over your palms and take a small part of dough. And spread over your palm with the help of oil because dough is very sticky
- Now add 2 tbsp of filling mixture over the dough
- Cover mixture with dough. Make sure to make a very thin layer of dough if you want super crisp coating than add this ball in preheated oil to fry
- When it cooks a little bit from bottom than flip to other side and press with spoon to give flatten shape.
- Fry from both sides on medium to low flame till golden brown.
- Take out from oil when golden brown from both sides and serve hot to your family and friends. I m sure this fried yeast flavor of crispy hoettok every one will enjoy and they demand once again
