  2. Cuci bersih kucai lalu potong -potong sekitar 3 - 5 cm. Kemudian haluskan bumbunya, yaitu bawang putih, cabe, apel (yang sudah dibersihkan kulit dan bijinya), kecap ikan dan gula.
  3. Sesudah bumbu halus lalu siapkan wadah besar utk mengaduknya. Masukkan bumbu halus ke dalam wadah tsb kemudian kucai dan mentimunnya. Aduk rata hingga semuanya tercampur rata. Lalu simpan kimchi mentimun didalam kulkas dan siap dinikmati. Selamat mencoba.. 😊
