- Tiriskan timun yg sudah direndam air garam. Lumuri timun dengan bumbu tersebut.alu masukan ke dalam wadah kedap udara. Diamkan selama minimal 24 jam. Saya ngk suka terlalu asam, jadi cuma 24 jam. Boleh fermentasi selama 2-3 hari ya.
