Atau masukkan kimchi timun ke dalam wadah kaca bertutup rapat. Diamkan selama 2 jam dalam suhu ruangan agar terfermentasi. Lalu masukkan ke dalam kulkas selama 24 jam. Kimchi siap dihidangkan.
