I was first exposed to Korean Black Bean Noodles during my more youthful, bouncy days of K-pop fueled ardor, when I would routinely listen to Big Bang. - Serve with hot bean sauce, sliced boiled eggs, chilled Korean Kimchi, crispy Korean Spring Rolls, chilled Sweet Chili Dip, additional sauces, light Soy Sauce and ice cold Asian Beer.
